The 3 Pillars that Support our Health & Wellness

Three pillars support our health and well being: sleep, nutrition, and fitness. Strengthening one pillar supports the other two. However, striking a balance between them means we must control the amount of sleep, nutritious food, and exercise we get. Moderate exercise includes walking and swimming. Vigorous exercise includes activities such as jogging, weight training, and rock climbing. Therefore, if you can schedule 30 minutes a day for some form of moderate exercise, it helps you lose weight, reduce stress, sleep better, and feel energized.
